ya, I like this idea! Maybe all kinds of options, like:

1. Build 100% from scratch
2. Built from kit
3. Conversion from another structure
4. Pre-made / assembled
5. etc...

With details given in reply....because pretty hard immobile to have enough poll items to encompass all the variables.
I guess these 'polls' are more of a conversation starter than an actual poll.

Same here !
Adding a second 'shop bought' coop to our original for more space etc, was twice the job, aligning doors, levels, painting adjusted parts etc etc Took almost 5hrs.....worth it but next time it'll be totally DIY lol.

Exactly, my old coop and run took 2 months, and this one took 2 hours!

I like the "Where did your coop come from" Idea!
Mine was an old barn, with the roof caved in, and no walls, windows, or anything else. My refurbishment took two weeks and a day to complete. A DIY project for sure.

I think its time to start this poll bc everyone is anxious to explain what they bought , build or scrambled.
