That really stinks. Im not sure what is up. Nifty will give you a hand as soon as he gets on here. I know I was originally trying to copy and paste the image link and got a red box in the preview screen and when I copied the direct link it worked. It sounds like you have something else going on. It shouldn't lock up like that. Good luck and I really wish I could've been more help.

One option is too click on the help tab on photobucket and trouble shoot through them. If that doesn't help, try googling your problem and sometimes others whom have suffered the same problem post their solutions on line.

Thanks Nifty. I have watched the video about 5 times and wrote the instructions down step by step so I wouldn't forget. I think it is my outdated operating system, MSM. I will try again but I will probably just end up shutting down my whole computer again.

It looks like an image URL but it is the page to the photobucket page and isn't an image by itself.

You need to use this URL instead (Photobucket calls it the Direct Link ):

I watched the video, made my page, added pictures and when I hit publish button at the bottom this is all I got:

I tried to back up and hope the text & pictures might still be there, but they were not. Empty.

No title, no pictures no nothing. Just the few sentences above. My name doesn't even appear on the list of names of people with personal pages.

So I did it all over again and hit 'save' first hoping that would help - and it all went bye-bye. Blank screen.

No pictures, no text. Nada. Zip. Zero.

Where did it go? Lost in the Great Etherworld, maybe never to be seen again? Can you help me find it, or is it gone?

I don't see any file like it in my own computer, so I don't think it saved anything! How depressing!​
