If you haven't submitted three nominations for the BYC Member Recognition Awards, get on over to the nomination form and do it!

Remember, you can nominate someone for Spirit (knowledgable and full of spirit), Friend (a particularly friendly BYC community member), or for Educator (a member who helps to further the knowledge of other members, and who has lots of experience to share).

We love that you are all so wonderful about spreading the love and giving back to those who make BYC the home it is. Thanks!!

Wow - The inaugural year of the BYC Awards Program has been a smashing success! And we have no one to thank except YOU - our fantastic BYC community!

Our first matter of business, as we begin our 2nd year, is to announce a new Award. Well, not quite so new, but new as an Award that you can now nominate members for - the BYC GREETER Award:
BYC GREETER - These individuals are our BYC "Welcome Wagon"! They are the members that are most active in welcoming the new members to our community, especially in the "New Member Introductions" forum. Nominees will be judged on 1) How long they've been welcoming new members; 2) How many new members they welcome; and 3) The quality and friendliness of their welcome.

With the addition of a 4th Award starting in April, this means that you may now make up to four (4) nominations per month, but you are still limited to just one nomination per award category per month.

Our second matter of business is, of course, to proudly announce your newest Awardees - they've just blown in with the March Winds:
