We can nominate 4 people per month (12 per quarter).

Awards are given:
January (for months October, November, December)
April (for months January, February, March)
July (for months April, May, June)
October (for months July, August, September)

January, February, March - First Quarter
April, May, June - Second Quarter
July, August, September - Third Quarter
October, November, December - Fourth Quarter

Like, say I nominated Person A for a friend medal November 30th. Would I have to wait until December 30th to nominate Person B for a friend medal, or could I do it December 1st?

You can nominate 4 different people for the friend award each month if you want.

No there isn't. But if you forgot if you nominated someone, just renominate them.

This confuses me. Rule #2 seems to be saying you can only nominate one person per category in a month. What am I missing?

"Members may place in nomination a maximum of four (4) members per month; however, you may nominate only one (1) member per award category per month."

Does it have to be a full month between nominations? Or could I nominate four people today and four tomorrow because technically tomorrow is a new month?
