I am sew (so) eggcited I just have to tell you all. My quilting guild is having a get away, we are going somewhere for a weekend in May. We take all the projects we are working on and sit and sew all we want. No kids or DH's to say where's dinner. OH, I hope they make out ok without me.

I better make some meals and freeze them for them.

But I don't care. I have a quilt I've been working on for 2 years for my GD and I want to get that done and so many other things. I hope there's enought room in the car for all I'm taking.

My BF and I are going together and we will be in the same room. Meals will be provided all we do is quilt, eat and shop. OMGOODNESS I can't wait until May.

I love that bunny.

Well well well,

maybe I won't shop much because it's costing a lot for the trip and I'm trying to make money by selling things I don’t need, this way I don't need to use house money. Don't tell my DH but I sold his 14k necklace I got him. lol He never wore it and doesn’t even know where it is. I got $100.00 for it and for $5.00 in silver quarters I got $60.00. I’m over half way there. Now if my darn chickens would lay eggs I would of had enough.

That is so neat! I've been reading about getaways in some of the magazines I've picked up. They sound so neat!

Well for better or for worse, I bought a few days to cut more squares. There won't be a club meeting this week because I came home sick Monday, was out Tuesday, went in this morning and got sent home and won't be in tomorrow and my Principal says I have to get permission from her to be in on Friday! I have several month's worth of leave because I never take time off,,, but I swear I've never been sent home and told to stay there for a week!
