Investigating BYC software does not work on new iOS

I am having problems when typing reply’s. It will zoom in and then won’t let me go back to the reply area. It either won’t zoom out or glitches and won’t scroll the the bottom of the page.

I’m having the same problem. Here are some shots ~

This new iPhone app software is UNBEARABLY not user friendly when it comes to posting responses to forum threads and attaching photos. I ran into numerous quirks, and it is very finicky when it comes to trying to edit text.

It seems the app was just updated, perhaps it's just a bug.

For everyone posting bugs, we need VERY SPECIFIC information about your situation. We need to be able to duplicate the steps in order to trouble-shoot the issue.

Please reply with:

1. The type of device you're on (iPhone 5c, 6plus, 7, etc.)
   
2. Exact detailed steps you took before having the problem
3. Details on what you expected to happen, but what happened instead
   
4. Screenshots if applicable (errors, etc.)

I have an iPhone 8.

I just went to a forum thread to comment on it, also attempting to attach a photo to my comment, and after uploading the photo it would not allow me to insert a cursor to write text below the photos where I wanted to insert it, the screen zoomed in excessively without me even attempting to zoom in, and the text I inserted was mixed up and put in spots where I originally did NOT put it. It was as if I was constantly fighting with my phone to simply write text where I wanted to, and to keep my screen scrolled to where I wanted it on the particular thread.

It is sort of hard to describe, and unfortunately I don't have a screen shot. Even if I thought to take one, the problem was sort of ongoing. Essentially, overall, the new forum app for the phones is just overall not easy to use and scroll through for me.

2. Exact detailed steps you took before having the problem Downloaded the new app. Installed ok. Clicked to log in and the screen zoomed straight in and no keypad to type. Clicked back on username box and it zoomed out. Clicked back on box again and the keypad came up. Eventually the screen just froze and I could do no more.
3. Details on what you expected to happen, but what happened instead No screen zooming in and out but it did.

iPhone 7plus with iOS 11.2 (same problems before the update as well)

Read a private message and then tried to reply. Same for the forum.

When typing replies in both the forums and private messages it will randomly zoom in. Then when I zoom back out it won’t load the rest of the page/scroll to the bottom. If I rotate to landscape it will go back to normal and I am able to finish typing/replying. Also the scroll key will randomly lock up and I am unable to change where I want to type. Changing orientation tends to fix it.

I see that the new app is available for iOS 11 and I’m thrilled. My question is there used to be a back button that allowed you to go to the prior screen you were on. Now you have re search each time. Is that going to be fixed?
