Had to help mom clean out her garage yesterday and didnt get to sew, got some fabric from her tho to make some baby quilts. Have to paint today, I am really hoping for some rain soon, as we need it and then i wont feel guilty or get a look from the DH for being inside on a nice sunny day.

It looks like rain here today to. I have to go clean an office today. I do that every Sunday, but then I'm going to go to my sewing room for the rest of the day until I need to make dinner for my family. I called my aunt and ask if she would be interested in cleaning my down stairs and I would pay her $100.00. She told me no thanks, can you believe that.

My DH found a pair of my sisters underware in his chair.

I guess the house will wait until tomorrow.

I need to get my blocks done.

The freeloaders are gone. And now I find out she will be getting over $500.00 A WEEK unenployment. She was a truck driver before, has her CDL and not working. I feel so sorry for her kids. They would be better off without her. They know nothing, missed 2 weeks of school and she doesn't care. I'm not going to bring this up anymore. Thanks for listening everyone. I should have not put my problems on this thread. Sorry about that. It won't happen again. On to making the blocks.

I was going to finish my blocks over the weekend, but the water heater went out. We spent all day Saturday tearing the old one out and putting the new one in. We had to replace some pipes and valves too. It would have gone faster, but he valve we bought at Menards leaked. DH went back and got a second valve. It was faulty too!!!!

He was buying the more expensive "higher quality" valves. After the 2 bad ones, he got a cheaper one, and it works great. The old water heater was 31 years old, so I guess we got our money's worth out of it. All day yeaterday was spent attaching my new chicken run to the coop and making pop doors and fixing up roosts. One pop door is complete. I still have to make a top for the run. Maybe I will get to sew tonight.

Whew Jody! You didn't get any sewing done, but you sure were productive anyway!! Hot water comes before sewing in my book!!

This is getting exciting! Can't wait to get them all in, swapped and on their way back to you all.

How's everyone doing on their squares? I hit a tiny roadblock. I ran out of one of the fabrics! I ordered more and it's on it's way to me now.

How will we know that you recieved our blocks OK ? When are they going to be swapped and mailed out ? I can't wait to see all of them !
