So that's what we (@Fluffy Lambs ) refer to on our ranch as a group of brahman cattle. Like my husband will go and feed the brahmers. It's just our verbage around here. We love our sweet (for the most part) long-eared cattle. Their heat tolerance really helps out in this FL subtropical climate. And they marble really well in meat. Don't always have a super maternal instinct but those that do are super protective.

Brahmers win

This is everyday right now with calves in the hammock escaping the heat, they visit with @Fluffy Lambs chickens everyday. Look @ all these long ears (and these are crossbreds). May end up on one of yalls dinner plates come winter.

And these two naughty girls snuck in the feedroom when the doir was left open.

Oh sacred cow, Forgive me for the heresy I am about to speak.

Extra sharp cheddar is not the right fit for cheeseburgers. I'm a huge fan of the XSC, but it's just too much flavor and drowns out the patty.

I will now do the walk of shame for my blasphemy.
