I'll ask Nifty what "past" really means. Perhaps you'd be allowed to play when your GFM reward expires? I'll ask him in a little bit when I email him the rest of my questions.

UPDATE: I did speak with Nifty about this. Perhaps we will open up the contests in the future to past winners - but for now, anyone who won in the past is not elligible to play. We would like to give as many people as possible the opportunity to win. Once we have more contests and more winners - we may change that rule.
