Guide BYC Trophies Points - Get A Trophy Easy Peasy!

We have a very cool new feature on this new platform called "Trophies"! Basically the system automatically awards members with a trophy for different achievements that have been setup. Some trophies are SUPER easy to get, for example: your first post, first "Like" given to someone else's post, first "Like" to your post received, etc. Some trophy points are more challenging, like the 5 year member trophy and 10,000 posts, etc. You can see a list of all trophies here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/help/trophies. Ive been rating coop articles for a few hours today because Im interested in building a coop and I love reading the articles Im so glad I got started on it.
One question I have is when you said

when does the system realize how many (about 20 today done) and award the points because its not instant, my points didnt budge.. it must be weekly or something?
