I think they're done but haven't messed with checking yet.Fantastic!

Yes. During mating or if the roosters fight or they just trip. There’s a reason rare birds are rare. He’s around 11.5 pounds. The tight wattles and combs are nice! Speaking from cold climate experience.
Does the rooster just lose balance and go over?
My jumbo did her batch in the summer. She's 3,but this was her 1st time. She did a great job, hatched all 24. These are shipped eggs, and so far so good..Welcome, Sydney65!
Your guineas have eggs? That's pretty cool! Mine haven't laid for a while now.
Forgive me for intruding and making assumptions, but since there's very little research of guineas, I read abt chickens and then try to sort out what applies, what doesnt.Yes. During mating or if the roosters fight or they just trip. There’s a reason rare birds are rare. He’s around 11.5 pounds.
speaking of wattles and combs some of my last hatch in May have incorrect combs.first time in 3 years this has shown up. Part of the reason I’m hatching so many of them. I want to know if it shows up again.
For the combs this is probably the reason. To few genes to work with. All are almost assuredly related. Even though I purchased from 2 different breeders there’s just not enough of them.Forgive me for intruding and making assumptions, but since there's very little research of guineas, I read abt chickens and then try to sort out what applies, what doesnt.
So the assumption part is inbreeding? -and would this be the "lethal gene"? That was the last chapter of the book, so by coincidence, I just finished reading it, so was curious.
That's a fair size! I would take your incorrect combs if I was closer.Yes. During mating or if the roosters fight or they just trip. There’s a reason rare birds are rare. He’s around 11.5 pounds.
