I lived in Tucson briefly. There was a news item about a woman who dropped some change out of her pocket or purse onto the seat of her car. She was wearing shorts. When she got back into her car she got a third-degree burn on her leg when she sat on a quarter. All the businesses in town have rubber guards on their door handles so you don't burn yourself going in. The heat is serious.

Yup. Good ol' Ohio. It's not perfect, but it doesnt try to kill you with heat, humidity, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc either.
