Obviously not one of my cats. They will look for the nearest rug when they are feeling sick.

Mine would jump up on my bed and hack up on me in the middle of the night.

I had a cat door..... until I woke up because furry things were running on my head and in the bookcase headboard. It hit the flashlight so the strobe turned on. I seen a half grown rabbit in a panic that looked like something out of a horror movie with the flashing light. Cat was mad when I threw out the poor rabbit.

Mine, fortunately, will not use the pet door. They have manages to sneak things past me, when I'm holding the door for them, though.
The great rat massacre of 2025 was very tramatic so I'm inspecting closer before I let them in now.
