I was at work and parked too close to the ditch so I was overly concerned with not going in to the ditch as I was backing up that I uh… forgot about the tree

Well it could have been worse and nobody was hurt. I backed into a big ol' dumpster once when we were doing some remodeling on our house. Looked a lot worse than that!
