The first time we took DD to a Mexican Restaurant she was 3yo.
I was afraid to give her a chip because I was sure she would choke on it. Misplaced fear.
The chip became her salsa delivery device. She furiously scooped the jalapeno rich concoction into her mouth. When DW tried to stop her she began wailing. When the bowl was empty we wiped he face and the skin around her lips was burned red.
We discovered that we had a capsicum fein on our hands. 20 years later I still hesitate when she says "Try this."
