15 foot Helianthus I grew last year. I had to get on a ladder to photograph it.

This sounds like a memory issue. How much space do you have on your phone? The longer it takes for you to find the picture to post, the chances of it reloading are higher.
Have you tried closing all your pages, clearing cache, and restarting your phone yet?

Yes, many times. actually I think it's a "phone issue" because samsung has never done that to me... ever. BUT now, as my son gave me this one, it's what I have to use. I reckon I'll send the photo to somebody else and use her phone to post it from.

Beautiful, I love wet flowers. The drops give it a totally different dimension.

Such a pretty dahlia! I didn’t take care of ours well enough and they all died off .
