YOu all do know that we will not be able to finish this quilt unless someone that has her contact number, calls her, and ask her to send the blocks.

And you absolutely have to have my barn block, Acre, that I put together with so much love.

Wait a minute.......that would mean that I wouldn't get any blocks at all.

Not OK!

It was suggested that I send her a letter..I can do that, seems a bit sad to me to have to remind someone to follow through on something they set up in the first place, geez...

anyway, I'll do that tomorrow and we'll see what happens....

If I remember correctly, Amy was heading out of town to have tests run on her son. Maybe she's still out of town. These things could take awhile. In the end, I'm hoping the doctors can give her some answers.

CM, welcome. I looked at that very same block for my house, but decided it was just too much curves. So you know I love it. (I'm doing paper pieced 'cause it is all straight lines.

Well I've got all the houses/post offices cut out. Same with the bushes(instead of flowers) doors,& windows. Still have the chimney, roof pieces and the background square. Using a little of this and a little of that. Have some homespuns that have been just setting there with nothing to do. The plaid looks like brick on the building, lol.

Hard part is going to be figuring out how to appliquing them on the machine. May be faster to do them by hand as they will be done right. I have a lead foot on the presser foot, lol.

I'm off to make chimeny's
