Just checking in..blocks are coming along..I had plans to get them out this week end but with the new deadline, I slowed down and worked on the other swap blocks..will aim for next week

SE~Thank you for handling this and I am so sorry you haven't heard from some of the others.
Dumb ? ~is it ok to applique with raw edges as long as we make sure it is done very nice so it will not come apart.
I am hoping I start feeling better so I can get in the sewing room and turn out some beautiful blocks

You all have pletny of time, do a nice job and not a rushed one, you have until the 15th of JULY to get them to me.

Heard from Amy in a pm and she said she is sending the 3 sets of blocks back to me this week. I'll post when they get here.

Still not hearing from some folks on the list for this swap...PLEASE check in and post on your progress..it will really not be fair to wait until the deadline and have a reason for not getting the blocks done, please post now so I can gauge about where everyone is....come on ya'll!!!!

Glad that you heard from Amy, did she mention how her son was doing? Sure hope he is ok. Is she still making a block for this swap or did she end up pulling out of that as well?

I tried calling Stephanie (Skand) but the number has been disconected. Not sure where she is but the one time I did speak with her she and her family was helpers on a farm.

I know they were going to move to Maine,

, maybe they are headed there, just not sure.

I've got 5 done almost done. I haven't put the roofs on yet as I'm waiting for the flags to arrive. I have to be done by the 15th cuz I'll be on vacation and will fill guilty if they aren't, lol

It WAS June 31st but when Kathy pulled out and Coyote took her place we gave her some extra time so the deadline is July15th..enjoy your vacation and finish your blocks when you get back Coyote, plenty of time
