I know who this is. He was an active BYC member for a brief period. I've talked to him and bought a few birds from him well before he joined BYC. But I have only kept 1 of them, a BSL. He's a nice guy, but I don't know that I would buy birds from him anymore. Personal choice, nothing he did.

Just lettting everyone know, I put mine and DW's names on the candling class list. Said their still waiting to get 40 names before they release any info on the class itself.

These are the waterers I made but I used four nipples that I purchased on ebay. We already had the five gallon buckets lying around from working on our rental properties so the only cost were the nipples.

Our nipple waterers grew algae in it.

The buckets are white and apparently this is the problem because they let in light.

Where is the candling class gonna be held? I see Macon and Gainesville on the email page... but the link is for McDuffie county so will it be held somewhere near Thompson?

From the way the lady talked this morning, yes it will be in or around Thomson.

The class will be held in Gainesville, Ga. The Extension agent in Thompson is getting the list together. The teachers live in Gainesville and will make a special Saturday class when there are at least 40 signed up.

I would do it if it was in Thompson

but probably not gonna go as far as Gainesville..
