Just came in from flinging scratch and refilling waterers.
Moved a group of 28 new chicks from hatcher to brooder this morning. Trying to figure out the best way to label the soap I'm bringing next weekend and how to display the duck-egg ornaments. Made a pretty ornament for one of Toms coworkers that just engaged and was going to be delivered today. Took it out last night to give it a final coat of clear gloss and I'll be danged but a giant moth flew right into the wet finish! Had to redo the whole thing and rushrush dry it with the blowdryer.
You know --- same stuff, different day.
Oh Penny! I got a Muscovy egg today!

Wow. I can not wait. 1 other thing. I have a RIR rooster I have to get rid of. (My DH does not like him) He is a little over 1 yr old. We got him from McMurray Hatchery. If anyone is interested in him you can let me know on here or PM me. I have pictures if anyone is interested. Thanks.
