CA Anyone???

I am still kind new to this. I live in the close near almost in the of Pittsburg.
No chicks allowed in this city so I won't be exact about my location.
 
I don't know about the county but this city told me when I went in and showed me the regulations
"No poultry in the city"
Iasked what is poultrey and waaht is pet?

"chickens doves, ducks, fowl, turkeys

But if it weren't for the traffic I would be awaken each morning by roosters I hear them if I listen hard
