You can, but I don't think you'll get great hatches from either of them. Maybe average if your lucky.
Duck eggs require a higher humidity during incubation then chickens, and misting once a day if you want an awesome hatch. Chicken eggs don't do well when incubated at such a high humidity because they don't lose enough moisture. Ducklings are also a bit stronger, and larger then chicks when they hatch. You could end up with your chicks being trampled by the ducklings when they hatch.
