220V Egg Turning Motor System Industrial Automatic Incubator With 100cm Chain ES

How could I set a timer up to it?
Which timer would work for it?
Does anyone have a video of how to set this up?
Does anyone know of a turner or something that can turn a lot of eggs without hurting the eggs? And not cost so much?
I'm in the process of mapping out my soon to be Freezer Hatcher and Fridge Incubator.
