Are you planning on hatching those chicken breeds next year or just buying them as chicks?

plaining to get them from MPC as Day old chicks in the mail next year.But, my mom might not let me get from a hatchery, or all those chickens, so we will have to see.I HOPE THOUGH LOL

That sounds like a good plan. Though, I personally love hatching the chicks because each day of the incubation time I can just be staring down at the eggs, obsessing over them as I wait for them to hatch . Then, finally when they hatch, I can stare down at them some more so that I'm the first face they see and so I can pretend I'm the momma chicken so I can snuggle them and snuggle them some more.

My mom doesn't allow me to hatch, someday when we have more hens, Im cool with it, kinda.......
