Cackle is great. My original EE flock and my original turkeys came from there. I didn't have any shipping morbidity or mortality. In 2010 I ordered some New Hampshire pullets and they all started crowing at 7 weeks! Oops! They promptly replaced them. They've got great customer service.

Cackle is great!!! We drive 1.5 to pick our order up. Very nice people. Have had no problems.

I ordered 25 rare breed chicks from Cackle Hatchery a week ago and when they called I was told my order couldn't be shipped until June 3rd due to the unavailability of the Salmon Faverorelles. I have never had to wait that long for chicks. I am hoping they are worth the wait!!

I just got my order of 100 baby chicks and 20 ducks yesterday, they sent an extra 12 chicks and 2 ducks, everyone arrived very happy, healthy and cheeping away! I'm already thinking about placing another order with Cackle...that hatchery surprise is stuck in my head...plus I want more ducks and some turkeys!!

112 Cinnamon Queens and 22 Rouens..I also grabbed 15 araucanas from the feed store, 15 bantams and 47 free rhode island reds.I'm not allowed to go to the feed store alone anymore!! It's alright though, I know how to order online and I've already got plans for another order from cackle...Don't tell anyone!
