Cackle not sending out entire order

It took a long time but I finally got of hold of them. They even disconnected me one time. Grrrr. Anyway there was no apologizing. Just we couldn't get them out we can credit your account. The reason is because they could not get the partridge rocks. It was a rushed call. Plus she was talking to someone else at the sametime which is rude. So they can send my turkeys out on monday. We shall see if it really happens. They plan on putting cockerals in (10 of them).

I'm just not going to order from them again. I know they may have had problems. I ordered them Feb. 14. I think I'll stick to local places.

They have redeemed themselves. Last week in the rushed phone call she said I wouldn't be getting the pullet chicks I ordered. I was surprised when I opened the box and there were the turkeys I ordered with the pullets. Yippee! That means they only included 5 cockerals(rhode island reds). Lesson learned: I will order the 1st day possible next year. I'm not waiting until Feb again.
 
I did have this to happen to me. I order 10 self blue duccles,15 porcelion duccles, 10 Btw japenese , and 7 delwares. They was so behind on delwares they had to refund my money on those, and they was so nice about it. They gave me 8 extra porcelions. They are a great hatchery. i was thrilled.
