Cackle order

I'd like to order a few pullets from cackle. I currently have EE hens and a EE roo from cackle last year. I'm looking to add some new to me breeds- salmon faverolle, welsummer, wyandottes (silver and their black laced red), and speckled Sussex. If I had one roo for these breeds what would it be? Or what do you suggest? I have an extra EE roo or when ordering, I could order a roo of one of the above breeds. I guess I was leaning towards the salmon faverolle or SS or a Wyandotte roo. I would love some advice!

I've never had a Salmon Faverolle but I have two Silver Laced Wyandotte roosters. One of them was VERY aggressive at first but we taught him who was boss. The other one was timid and was kind to the hens. So I've had a good and bad experience with them!
