The only “true nest” builders in the parrot world: Quakers. Ollie bird shows off his coffee stirrer master-piece. I think I should hire him to build my deck.

Squacco, my ever curious Cinnamon Pearl Pied cockatiel! She's one year old and we hand reared her from three weeks. She's already travelled up and down the country with us on holiday and is the loveliest little gremlin ever.

Beautiful! How old are they?

Toby is estimated to be in his mid twenties and Rosie will be two late November. I adopted Toby twelve years ago, and he was estimated to be about twelve then.

This is Romeo, a pied cockatiel. He passed over a year ago at the age of at least twenty seven. I found him on a powerline outside my house when I was eight years old, I am now thirty six. He was a vibrant grouch, but he loved to sing and is a missed family member.
