One of my hens has been giving me extremely fragile eggs with calcium deposits for the last few months. Prior to this she was laying beautiful, smooth, blue eggs. I am feeding them layer ration along with fresh vegetables and scratch. I added oyster shells in a separate dish and shell grit occasionally so that they can each eat what they need. Should I do something else? None of my other girls are having this problem.

Have you seen her eating the oyster shell/eggshell?
I'd try cutting out treats entirely to start, and see if there's any improvement after a week or two.
