Milk will be a good one since there should be lots of information available! Lets go there.milk

Is there any way to set a poll at the beginning of the thread?!

But for right now lets stick to powdered eggs for a moment.
This source says 1 cup has 176 calories out of 505 being from protein. That about 34%...http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/121/2
This source says dry eggs are about 48% protein by weight... https://www.aeb.org/food-manufacturers/research-resources/nutrient-composition-tables
But 48 g X 4 calories = 184 protein calories out of 592 total is about 32%.

So which is it peeps??? I vote an AVERAGE of 33% protein from fresh eggs.
