Can someone tell me how to accurately calculate egg weight loss when using a sampling?
I've weighed 10 chosen eggs for a total of 21 oz. I presume when I do my first candling, 1 or 2 will be tossed. Do I just weigh the tossed egg and subtract it from my total? I thought the sampling method would be more accurate but now I'm not so sure.:/
