Calico/millie silkie rooster

I have been looking for a calico frizzle silkie roo for awhile. I have the opportunity to get one of these guys, but I'm not sure if they would be considered calico. What do you think?

The problem with silkies is that “calico” can mean different things depending on who you’re talking to. What is your definition of calico? Mille fleur with extra white mottling? This rooster looks like a splash partridge.

I know, its definitely confusing. I would consider millie and calico to be the same personally, but I know there are other types of calico
