I am once again asking about a chicken breed. I was told by tractor supply that these are calico princesses (I have 4) but they arnt quite looking like the pictures I’ve seen. Don’t get me wrong, these girls have beautiful color, I’m just wondering what these are if they arnt Calico Princesses. I can care less about breeds, as long as they are good layers, then I am happy!

You guys were right about my other two being Cornish mixes... I’m careful not to overfeed them, and let them get as much exercise as they can! I’m determined to give these the longest, happiest life I can! They are so sweet and are great with the chicks.

I am not experienced with calico princesses, but I just wanted to say your Cornish X is beautiful! I love my Cornish X.
The “calico princess” looks more like a RIR

How old are your Cornish X?? These are some of the friendliest chickens I’ve seen in a long time! I love them!

They are the friendliest chickens ever!! Mine is 7 months, my last one lived to 2 1/2 years and would’ve lived longer. She got attacked sadly. They lay really big eggs and she layed for the whole 2 1/2 years.

well that’s hopeful! Mine seem to keep gaining weight, and that’s worrying me a little... but other than that they seem just fine! I think once their growth spurt stops, maybe they will have a solid weight.

They will grow quickly, mine is just starting to slow down at 7 months.
