California Grey finally lays an egg!

My 2 RIR's and 2 Silverlaced Wyandottes have been laying for about 3 weeks. They are about 24 weeks, all of them. The 2 California Grey's have not been laying till today. I actually had a thin egg about 3 days ago, then finally got a regular egg today. I know it is hers as it is white and the rest are brown. She also exhibits the behavior of squatting when I pet her back. Only one more California Grey to lay eggs. Very exciting after all the time of raising them. Had an egg sandwich for dinner tonight!!

Aww so lovely. Its so special when they start laying eggs.
I have even had tiny eggs laid as their first eggs. It waa crazy finding a small egg and thinking WHAT!
