What are the zoning rules for chickens in Moreno Valley? I want to get some but have no idea if they are allowed

I live in moreno valley and don't exactly know the zoning laws, but have several chickens, 2 turkeys, and now getting quail, live on about 3/4 acre tho.
Have used to have 7 rooster before neighbors got annoyed and get us a citation for it from the city. (Knew i had to really shorten the flock (Roosters) and was trying to when the called) You can't have any roosters in Moreno Valley

I suggest all people in Moreno valley do this it works perfectly. My rooster shut the heck up and can't hear him crow anymore works perfectly. I do sell chicks since i have made my incubator but I will start doing much more inquiring with quail and different breeds of pure breds instead of mixing my chicks like i used to do.

Is anyone looking to rehome their Ameraucana Roo? I have to put mine down as he has a leg deformity and I don't want that being passed on to any chicks.
