Did you ever get a picture of your olive eggs?
Hey Jason, okay here they are: Sorry for taking so long....

BTW for those you who are curious. These eggs are from the offspring of a Crele Penedesenca hen covered by a Cream Legbar Rooster. The second picture is of the pullet that laid these eggs when she was younger.

Laura, you should be getting some of these beauties from Amelia in a couple of months. : )

Do you think these guys are cute? I am going to get some hatching eggs for these in January! Blue chickens that lay blue eggs....
LL
All mine went to the big omelette in the sky in the great bator crash of 2012

The University pulled down the program, so those that got the eggs for 4-H projects are allowed to sell the hatching eggs. I am getting some from the Thread starter. I am trying really hard not to count my chickens before they hatch, taking deep breaths and practicing patients until I get them....

yay!! by my best count, she's 19 weeks old today -- none of my older (~30 weeks) chickens have started laying yet, so the younger ones may start around the same time as the older group -- i just cleaned out their nest boxes yesterday & put artificial eggs in each, just to give them the idea...

Thank you so much for the photos! Mine are almost three weeks old now, and it looks like I have three pullets! I think I have on of each of the Barnie x OEs too.

Next summer I will have the most amazing egg colors in my egg basket!
