Could be Raccoon but see this website if it helps ID the tracks or type in raccoon footprint in your Search engine and see the many websites that show animal tracks.

Looks like it, gotta dollar bill or something to compare for scale. The front track is pretty destinct tho. I get big ones up here. Make sure everything's locked up good and tight and set traps for it.
