I may have a cemani rooster in a few weeks. I posted earlier that I purchased some hatching eggs and was trying to get my ducks in a row since I don't plan on keeping any roosters. They still have a week left to hatch lol.. if you want I'll keep you updated once I can tell the sex.

Hi Spring Peeper,
I dont know if you are interested but I just hatched some orpingtons and I am sure some will be roosters. Plus I have my chocolate Orp Rooster who is very nice to me and the hens except he overbreeds them. No feathers are left on their backs. I was hoping he would slow down. I may have a cockerel available if you are interested.

That is very nice of you, but right now her dad has agreed to chickens that are laying or just about ready to. They live in town so they can't have a rooster.

Aww ok. Our oldest are only about 4 weeks. Won't be laying for awhile.
