California - Northern

Yes just provide shelter from wind and rain so they don’t get chilled. I’m in the west Delta near Stockton. Farm stand has tomatoes in December this year and winter is mild so far. ***edited to add, tomatoes were grown on site by Smith Family Farms, Sellers Road, Brentwood CA 94513. This is the first year I’ve seen tomatoes this late in the season.***View attachment 2451374
Wow! They must have been protected well or maybe grown hydroponically. Our tomatoes started to die mid November. We are in Modesto.

Looking for a home for a very sweet Satin Silkie rooster. He is 7 months old. Handled from a chick, easy to catch! Would be great as a pet (with hens of course!) He also would be great for a breeding project, he has such a unique feathering pattern. He is not popular in the flock he is in, there is another rooster, but he mates the one hen that hangs out with him. He is located a little above Placerville, but would be willing to meet you in Folsom if it’s the right fit!
