HQ or SQ? And sexed or unsexed?Sorry I'm only here asking questions, we're just busy working on the coop!
I still have 5 RIR girls to sell, they're almost 3 weeks old now. How much should I sell them for? (On Craigslist)

I would personally choose white to reflect if given a chance. It's stinking hot here. My guys have already been panting and it's only been like 90!They are girls, from McMurray.
One more question... we were thinking of using clearroofing on the coop since it'll let in a lot of light, is there any downside to clear roofing?
Or would white be better because it reflects heat and provides shade? (It gets REALLY hot here)
Then I would think $10-12 or hang onto them for a few months and you could get $20 each. They are girls, from McMurray.

Quote: I'd do white or green. The clear would literally make it like hothouse in the coop. You could do one strip of clear in the middle like a skylight.
Those are neat looking!I don't know if you guys were interested at all. But I have some snaps of my 'sizzles'. For those just tuning in (lol) I set 3 eggs from my bantam Blue Laced Red Wyandotte pair. What hatched was not BLRW...the only explanation is my blue Sizzle got out of his pen and nailed my hen. It almost looks like I got a black, a splash and a blue. What do you think? Of course there is leakage since this is a cross. I'm really curious what these guys will look like.

This is Kennedy (what we call her rather than saying that canadian gosling- just easier for the kids when they need to report), the wild Canadian gosling. She just randomly swims around with the big ducks and geese. But she really likes being with my goslings the most. I keep my distance. We have Canadian geese that come to our pond frequently so I am hopinggggg that when she gets her feathers they will pick her up. Even the wild geese know where the darn duck food is. Stinkers! LOL
And I swear we have all the 'luck'. We get weird chicken problems. Wild ducklings and now goslings...we are like a magnet for things!
