Yes. im getting 25 bantam chicks from them and im hopimg atleast one silkie will be show quality. im not sure but i think our 4-H here is sanctioned by APA/ABA. dont quote me on that but ive read that some 4-H shows get sanctioned

Ive read that u cant get "show quality" birds from hatcheries but cackle hatchery says that they strive for show, meat, pet, etc poultry so should my silkies be showable? (At 4-H. Atleast)

They will be good for The table stuff but they are unlikely to look like the silkies you have seen pictures of. I have never seen a hatchery silkie that has fully feathered feet. No feathers at all on the middle toe is a dc. Also look out for wrong combs. Those are the things I remember . But 4h is very forgiving and the table thing Just needs chickens that can see and cackle guys should be able to see :)

It would be unlikely that you would get a show chicken from a hatchery, especially a show bantam. It could get a first with an obscure breed in a youth show but that is about it. I see hatchery birds all the time while judging and they just don't look like the show version of the breed. You don't have to be a judge to see the difference.
