I will keep a look out for them in the feed stores. Maybe start with 4-6. I can seal with the poo/feed for that short a period. Might make it easier to process them

Heidi at UnionhilumRanch! She was the closest I could find that had CLs available. Did I mention how excited I am??
Ok friends ! I have convinced my husband to go organic on the layers this spring! Yaynow the deal is that i find the best deal whether it be a mill or feed store to purchase in bulk for the year.
The carson city store isn't interested in special orders if poultry feed. I'm still working on them.
I don't mind corn as long as it's Gmo free . Would like to limit or nix soy though.
Any location tips would be really appreciated!
I just can't swing it for 38$ for a 40 lb bag. Maybe I'm too cheep?
I'm just not quite ready to off birds I hatched yet.I want to get some meat bird chicks that are raised specifically for that purpose. It is the Cornish Crosses that are good for meat? I want something that grows fast and has a nice finished carcass..
Can you get to an Azure Standard Drop?
Huzzah for happy eggs!
I am wondering if ..oh sec red wedding on hbo..
If I can get the info from the guy I was getting organic feed from at 80/barrel are we interEsted in doing a bulk order? I imagine its a lot and it is in the middle of bummas nowhere. But it is organic and high protien and cheap....
Breese yo! Worth the difference!
Sandy, you know that I have eggs (or chicks) if you ever want them! I'm so curious to see what these green egg laying Pita Pinta/Cream Legbar chicks will look like when they mature. Some of the older chicks are starting to show some brown in their feathers. I personally love surprise chicks! I don't want all of them to be that way but having a few mixed breeds is fun!
I would really love a blue egg layer!Costco in the Bay Area sells Organic 40# for $19.99. Do you have a costco in your area? Perhaps you can order it.Ok friends !
