Anyone have birds molting already?

Yes!

A few of mine seem to be starting.  I am noticing missing feathers and lots on the ground.

I have been seeing quite a few feathers on the ground.

Yep, lots of feathers everywhere. It looked like a coyote got a few birds, but I did a head count and none were missing. Right now my early spring pullets ( hatched February ) are the only ones laying.

Oh, I wanted to mention an interesting thing I've noticed in the last few weeks. I've been " deadheading" my marigold plants in my garden and putting the old flowers in the coops, nest boxes and brooders. I've noticed a lot less flys..practically none inside the places that had the marigolds scattered around. Flies of course are bad everywhere else.

I'm a proud chicken mama! I build a roost for my girls, and after one night of me placing them on the roost, they hop up and down on their own every day. They look so cozy up on their roost!

Ya my English orps are starting to. There's no question when they start lol. It's like a hurricane of feathers. Haha
