I hope all who have posted here are well. You just gave me an idea! I think I will create a spreadsheet listing everyone who has posted in the state threads.

I'm still here! Just not nearly as much free time to hang out on BYC and post stuff since our daughter & her 2 littles (now 2 and 5) moved up here from Burbank and now live with us. Farewell, peaceful retirement! Soooo glad the grandkids are growing up here on the homestead now, with our gardens, home orchard, the chickens of course (kids love to feed them greens through the fence, can't be trusted to collect eggs safely yet!) and surrounded by neighbors who raise cattle, goats and sheep on pasture right across the road. Happy here behind the redwood curtain!

Life is fleeting... you'll wonder where the time went. Those littles (& your DD) will remember this experience (good or sad) as my kids remembered when they grew up. Hopefully more happy than sad memories for you all God's country is awesome!
