LOL!!! Late night chat is sure entertaining! When my Dad and Step-mom travel abroad, they pack their old undies and throw them away after they wear them. Now it makes perfect sense to me!

I told my hubby what a great idea I thought this was and he said that's our revenge! They have to go through our dirty underwear on the trip back if they want to rummage through our things again.

hi everyone! (hi sunny!

as some of you know i sometimes pop in here when i want something and its that time again.

Anyone in northern california breed silkies and showgirls? I just spent almost $100 on 30 showgirl/silkie eggs, and at day fourteen i am down to only four eggs. I am trying to devise a backup plan and the californians always seem to be able to help.

First of all i guess it may be a stretch trying to find any breeders..but if there are...

I guess i only want to stick to pickup now if anyone does have eggs. I have also considered just buying two pullets or hens. Then my very special man firend threw out the idea of getting me a silkie roo and a showgirl hen (oh, im a lucky girl!)

if anyone can help or has any leads for me, I will be driving from reno to monterey for the weekend of march fourth. Please let me know!

I shall be checking this thread every ten minutes now.

i was looking for partridge, buff, and maybe white. im mostly interested in showgirls...i just got the silkie egg mix because the silkies come with the showgirls.

what colors do you breed?

I have a partridge hen I have 2 blue partridge...not sure of gender yet... and 3 show girls not sure of sex they just recently hatched and a few more eggs due this weekend to hatch...Not sure which show girls I'm keeping yet

okay, perhaps if my hatch keeps taking its downward spiral you can let me know which showgirls you will not be keeping? I would really appreciate it. Im so sad for my little empty brooder, haha. aw
