California - Northern

I have the same stuff. How much do you mix with a gallon of water? They list some directions for 1 ounce per 16 gallons.
Yea I have them inside in a 50 gallon rubbermaid for now. I am gonna go to the store as soon as my brother wakes up.
So I should get.
Fish oil
Kale
Cabbage
And them the eye ointment. Which ointment should I get?
I do feed all my chickens greens and weeds from the garden. I only use organic nutrients here too. I use mainly Age Old Organics for all my gardens. I have put weeds and grasses in the brooder for them to eat but maybe just not high enough in Vit A.
They look happy. Running and jumping at each other. That's never changed. Their energy levels have always been the same. Just those red puffy eyes.
I gotta get this handled.
Definitely going to see what's all available at TSC and Hawes Ranch. Hopefully you are right. I hope so

Honestly I have never measured. The feed store said to add until it looked tinted like a light lemonade. I have done that and it has worked out very well for me. I have also put this stuff in my Bearded Dragons bath water (they soak water through their vent to stay hydrated) and she has done amazing on Rooster Booster (before she was barely eating).

I think I broke it down and converted to 1/2 tsp per gallon but that doesn't sound like as much a you're using.

Has anyone with better math skills then me break it down?
When I use it- it's barely tinted so it's not all that 'dark'. The vitamins are also water soluble so any extra should be flushed out by drinking water. I do not know what other people's lemonade looks like but I grew up on lemon juice diluted in water with some added sugar lol- so it wasn't very yellow. I was measuring about (eyeballing it) what looks like about 1 tsp per almost gallon. I used the tsp to measure and cut it just shy of 1 tsp and I use the 1 gallon waterers. I didn't start out measuring- I eyed it but had to come up with a sort of measurement for my husband when he did them. So I guess I kind of did measure in the end. Sorry about that! I eyed it first and then according to that I came up with a measurement for my husband but it was over 1/2 tsp but it wasn't over 1 tsp for 1 gallon.

Oh I know where I am coming when I have a math problem! I can sort out a lot of things but some of this math makes my eyes cross! LOL I always ask the feed store people and they always seem so knowledged on amounts so it's been very helpful!

Just left Hawes Ranch they didn't have any eye ointment. So hopefully the TSC has some.
Hawes? Like pumpkin patch, haunted house Hawes?

I have personally found Palo Cedro feed to carry things TSC doesn't have. I always call them though. Palo Cedro Feed is usually where I get all our meds and it's where I pick up Rooster Booster. Hope you can find what you need!
