BTW- Hedwig's egg hatched today. Its really tiny. I hope she's a good mom.

the incubator reached its carrying capacity, so i set up a broody cochin with 6 eggs from my cocoapop project, and i have a barred serama who just took to her nest, will be giving her some of her own eggs to hatch!

Here's a pic of mom and baby. Just hatched today, the only one

She's still sitting on one more egg, but it isn't pipped or anything.

gratz chaili....i didnt have anything hop out of the incubator....but i still have high hopes for what is out under broody mama....one egg looks like where it should be and it looks like it moves..... im excited and ill be over joyous if it does....even more excited if it lives and thrives.

ive decided after it hatches to bring them both in the house and offer up some tlc and bonding time between us
