I've been reading through a few the the most recent posts. I'm new here and live in Arroyo Grande. Maybe you've heard of Pismo Beach? Been so cold lately. We aren't used to this.

You're in the 5 Cities area -- beautiful -- we time-shared in Avila Bay a few years back. Heard they rebuilt the resort there. We're too old to vacation nowadays but the 5 cities area is great! We used to jog inland to visit Solvang while taking a trip up the coast. Hearst Castle was our destination. But, we're homebodies now and loving every minute with our hens in So Cal SGV!

It's been dropping down to the low thirties and even high twenties a few nights. Way colder than we are used to. Warmed up a little over the weekend though.

Awesome. We have a timeshare there (use it for day use all the time). Yeah, it's a great place. We have a good mixture of city and country living.

hopefully its finished. the effected areas have to wait 3 months before having birds again. i havent seen any new areas added to the list. phew. did you all enjoy the rain? i ve got green grass!!!! well, for now. lol.

Freaked out seeing the videos but it is what it is. At least it kills fast. Keeping everyone healthy and safe per normal and just hoping hoping hoping it doesn't spread any further. I had considered hatching this spring but I think I'll wait for this to pass. Definitely not adding or moving any birds. I inoculated my flocks with a vaccine- strain but this strain is of course one with no vaccine.

Sun Valley Poultry club has a very informative Facebook group that I follow.
