For sale, EIGHT Black Minorcas and FIVE Rhode Island Reds, aged aprox. 11.5 months. (Hatch 8/4/10)

Minorcas are GREAT layers of LARGE white eggs (we get 5-6 eggs a week per hen).
Rhode Island Reds are EXCELLENT layers of LARGE brown eggs (we get 5-6 eggs a week per hen).

I'm downsizing the flock this week to focus on other breeds - your opportunity to get laying hens at a great price! These hens have at least another 2+ years left of egg laying in them.

Hi Everyone!
I'm a newbie & just wrote a long first post on the introduction thread. I live on 3 acres by Calabasas. Currently I have a flock of 10: 2 Buff Orpingtons (Sally & Omelette), a Barred Rock (Spot), a Black Sex-Link (Dot), An Americauna (Flower) & in a separate coop: 2 Black Silkies (Disco & Daiquiri) & 3 Partridge Showgirls (Lola, Martini & Ganzel).
