This post got me thinking about what would be a cool bird... I think the Lemon Cuckoo Marans are pretty interesting, and then I got to thinking "What if....?" (1) Colombian patterened Marans or (2) Lavendar Marans. Yowzer!

You guys all remember Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack? Well Snack ended up being the only roo. I have the strangest sounds coming from the container in the kitchen. He's definately going to be a crower. I've been watching that pretty comb grow over the last 2 weeks and knew he was a he, but this pathetic little squawk is helerious!
